Cut 3/8" "Designer Sew-through" elastic the neck measurement. 2. Sew elastic into a circle, lapping the ends 1/2". 3. Divide elastic into fourths. Divide Neckline into fourths. 4. Pin elastic to wrong side of neck, matching elastic to cut edge, and fourth divisions. 5. Serge or zipzag, keeping elastic smooth, but without stretching elastic. Hint- when apply elastic with serger length stitch length. 6. Turn elastic to wrong side. Topstitching at enter edge with a twin needle, zigzag or straight stitch.
