Use hand bag feet to prevent the bottom of bags from soiling. There are a variety of feet available in metal or plastic. These particular feet are easy to insert. The plastic feet just use a key hole punch to make a small hole in the fabric where each foot should be placed. Place the nail looking portion through the hole of the lining towards the outside of the bag. Press the foot onto the nail. A slight tap with a hammer will assure a tight fit. The metal one just insert prongs though the small hole and bend the prongs flat.
