It is also idea at removing melted fusible webs, iron-on inter-facings and trims. The kit includes a soft terry towel to apply the cream and help clean the sole plate while the iron is still warm, and then has a extra soft cloth to completes the cleaning and the sole plate a nice smooth finish.  One of the best iron on cleaners I have used!!
